5. REGULATIONS

- No entry fee is asked
- Films must be submitted on DVD
- The international competition is only for documentaries over 45 minutes.
- Documentaries sent in for the international competition need to be (at least) Belgian premieres (can't be shown on tv, internet, festivals, cinemas or other public venues in Belgium).
- DVDs must be sent with the following statement: “Without commercial value, for cultural purposes only.”
- The festival will not return DVDs; they will be stored in the festival video archive.
- Submitting your film means accepting we include the film’s DVD in the festival video archive.
- Submitted films can't be withdrawn from competitive sections.
